Laurence Lesser, pupil of Gregor Piatigorsky and Gaspar Cassado, and former President of the New England Conservatory, joins forces with pianist HaeSun Paik, winner of top prizes at the Leeds, Tchaikovsky, William Kappell, & Queen Elisabeth (Belgium) competitions, in performances of Beethoven's complete music for Cello and Piano. The performances were recorded in 2009 in the acoustically superb Jordan Hall (Boston).
